Express service of Richard Wöhr GmbH

For a number of reasons such as the very large extent of in-house fabrication, the very large variety of finishing methods, the first-class machine equipment, regular multishift work 6 days a week, a highly motivated and experienced staff a.m.m., we are able to offer our customers a well-functioning express service, i.e. we can guarantee you deliveries within:

either 5, 10 or 15 working days
for all(!) fabrication sectors

as well as combinations of those possibilities. For some sectors, such as enamelling or powder coating, delivery periods of 6 hours from the moment we receive the exact specifications on are possible. These services go at extra cost; the extra charge is calculated on the basis of the delivery period and the complexity of the job.
The products fabricated in express service are normally already produced under series conditions / with production line machines and thus there is already a basis for a possibly following series.

The delay for express service orders begins on the day following the order and not only with the release, i.e. the periods for development-/ release processes are already included! So they are not pure manufacturing periods, but complete project periods.

Moreover, the colouring of the decor foils takes place by means of high-quality silk-screen printing even under express service conditions; only upon request digital printing via colour printers is used, which is usual with most express services, but does not meet the requirements of the majority of our customers.
We are proud to say that we have been the first and for many years now the only manufacturer who is in a position to officially offer such a quick and extensive express service in this form.
